What is PEP-Denver?

PEP-Denver is the Denver chapter of People Exchanging Power, a place for individuals interested in, or curious about, BDSM and Fetishes to explore their kinks, discover further educational and informational sources, and meet and socialize with others who share similar interests.  We meet every First Saturday of the month at The Enclave, from 8pm to 1am. PEP-Denver is educational...

A prime focus of PEP-Denver is education - along with other groups and events, we want to improve the caliber of play and of the scene in general in the Rocky Mountain area. Through an on-going program of presentations, demonstrations, panel discussions, and of course the opportunity to rub elbows (or whatever else...) with other members of the BDSM and Fetish community, both newcomers and old hands will always have the chance to learn something new.

PEP-Denver is social...

PEP-Denver has a well-earned reputation of being warm, friendly, and inviting - especially to newcomers and those just beginning to explore outside the boundaries of traditional sexuality. Any gathering of PEP-Denver will find enthusiastic members, helpful and accessible Board Members, and a Host all working to make every event memorable and enjoyable.

PEP-Denver is fraternal...

PEP-Denver is a membership organization, funded, maintained, and operated by and for its members. No one associated with PEP-Denver benefits personally - all Board Members and volunteers participate in order to enhance the experience of everyone attending. All members are expected to lend a hand in order to ensure that the organization remains healthy and viable. And there are lots of opportunities to help... just ask!

PEP-Denver is safe...

PEP-Denver subscribes to the principles of SSC (safe, sane, and consensual) play. Rules for play and social interaction are strictly enforced. Basically, NO means NO; no predatory activity is tolerated; no drugs or alcohol will be permitted at any event; all play is monitored by trained Dungeon Monitors; and resources are available to ensure that all newcomers learn how to operate safely in the wider scene - whether on line, in public, or at private parties. Just as importantly, your expectation to privacy is honored and enforced. PEP-Denver, as a membership organization, protects the privacy of all members and participants.

PEP-Denver is an entry point...

Another part of PEP-Denver's legacy has always been - and will always continue to be - its outreach to those new to the area and/or the lifestyle. Members typically belong to one or more other groups in the area, and newcomers will have the opportunity to find out about the various groups and interests that make the Denver scene so invigorating. PEP-Denver is happy to act as a conduit and clearinghouse of information pertaining to other groups, events, and opportunities for its members to grow as individuals, as safe players, and as practitioners of the Lifestyle we all love.

PEP-Denver is FUN!!!!!

PEP-Denver has always been, and always will be - a play party - a HOT play party. With the few exceptions listed in the rules (no alcohol, no drugs, no firearms, no non-human animals) just about anything can happen at PEP—and quite frequently does. Just as the play is hot, the friendship is warm. Snacks and beverages, an open and inviting atmosphere, conversation, learning opportunities, and plenty of hot play make any PEP-Denver event well worth attending. Then there is the most obvious aspect of the social benefits of a play party—where better to meet up with those who share your particular fetish/kink/play-style?
